We are a progressive, non-profit theatre group who are on a mission to save the kids from themselves. And drugs. The programme is run by Seán Fielding, Donald Bell and Dale Fornham. We each have a degree in drama, and we can provide enhanced disclosure from The Criminal Records Bureau (for working with children). We are also fully trained drugs counsellors accredited from the BCTC.

At No-Cotics we pride ourselves on our fresh, funny and 'hip' approach to informative theatre. We use skits, sketches, jokes and games to help children understand the dangers of drug abuse.

We have performed at schools, colleges and fetes all over the country, and have twice appeared on children's network television in the Isle of Dogs.

In addition to this, we also publish drugs information pamphlets for distribution in schools and hospitals, and our own free annual magazine and newsletter Smack: Banged and Walloped.

PRAISE FOR NO-COTICS AND THUG ABUSE

"A great performance... Thug Abuse really strikes a chord with pupils. A first rate company." - Alan Kidd, Deputy Headmaster, Westmoor Comprehensive School, Shropshire

"Very funny and informative. Everyone can learn something from them." - John Fleischer, Head Counsellor, Rutland Youth Centre, Rutland

"With their 'Thug Abuse' show, No-Cotics manage to present the serious, often fatal repercussions of drugs misuse to teenagers in a way that isn't preachy or dull... a great show that'll leave you with the 'munchies' for another 'fix'... of their show! - Patricia Rosen, in a review for the Flyde Gazette.
